Declan Shalvey Is at NYCC Table J03: The ThunderCats x SilverHawks Writer, With a Mumm-Ra Signing Friday

Declan Shalvey, the writer of Dynamite’s ThunderCats x SilverHawks crossover, is at table J03 at New York Comic Con, and the signing he has announced for Friday is not for a SilverHawks book.

Shalvey says in his newsletter that he will be signing and sketching at J03 all four days. On Friday, October 9, he and series artist Rapha Lobosco sign Mumm-Ra: The Ever-Living there. The signing graphic Lobosco posted gives 3:00 to 4:00 PM, while Shalvey’s newsletter says 4 pm, so anyone planning around it should arrive early. Mumm-Ra: The Ever-Living is a ThunderCats title.

Why does a ThunderCats signing matter to SilverHawks fans?

Shalvey wrote the ThunderCats x SilverHawks crossover, which ran from issue 1 in April 2026 to issue 5 in August 2026, with Drew Moss drawing issues 2 to 5. The SilverHawks ongoing belongs to Ed Brisson and George Kambadais, so Shalvey is the writer who has taken the team into ThunderCats territory. A table at the show is a chance to ask him what comes next, though nothing we have seen says he will answer.

We have not seen Dynamite announce any SilverHawks signing or panel at NYCC.

The full list of what we are following is on the NYCC 2026 hub.
