The painted cel that belongs with it is gone. The owner’s account is short and specific: it was her only SilverHawks cel, and it was stolen in the post before it reached her. She has kept the douga and she is asking collectors who deal in this material to watch for the cel and tell her if it surfaces.
We are repeating that here because this is the readership most likely to see it. A SilverHawks production cel is rare enough that one appearing for sale is an event, and anybody who handles one should be able to check whether it is this one. If you think you have seen it, tell us and we will put you in touch.
