About This Figure
This is Bluegrass in Kenner's 1987 palette with a vac metal finish, and the two changes pull in different directions. The Toy Version colours are what the vintage figure looked like; the vacuum-deposited metal layer is brighter than anything Kenner could do in 1987.
Collector Notes
The hat, the neckerchief and Hot Licks are all still here, and that is the test any Bluegrass has to pass! Whether he belongs in these colours depends on whether the shelf is the cartoon or the toy aisle, but Super7 has been careful to leave that open.
