The capital sits on and to the north of Bedlama Lake, and the lake is the hub of it, with domes built out onto the water that house citizens. The governor runs the city and is the planet’s leader as well, which is why the Mob keep going after the office rather than the place. It is the only city the series bothers to describe physically, and given how much of Limbo is a planet with one defining feature and no streets, that is worth recording.
