The team arrives at Hawk Haven in the second episode and works out of it for the rest of the run. It is what it looks like: a structure built in the shape of a hawk, standing on an asteroid, with a hangar bay for the Mirage and the Sprinthawk, a command centre, a power room, and Stargazer’s office up in the head of the bird. The communications dish is destroyed often enough to count as a running joke.

It is a station and not a ship. It is attacked where it sits in at least six episodes and never once manoeuvres, so anything describing it as the team’s vessel has it wrong.

Both fan wikis say it orbits Bedlama, and that it was placed there to protect that planet. No episode synopsis we hold says so, and the two wikis are not independent of each other on this point, so it goes down as likely rather than settled.

Kenner tooled a talking HawkHaven playset for the line and cancelled it on cost. Prototypes exist.
